Marichele is the group’s grounding force.  With a lifelong gift for hospitality and an instinct for creating spaces that feel like home, she leads with care, creativity, and quiet strength. Her hands-on presence shapes the details from daily service to the soul of each space.

Yela brings fresh perspective and purposeful leadership to Freedom Hospitality Group. With a background in Industrial Engineering and experience in tech startups, she combines structure with creativity, approaching hospitality with both systems thinking and a human touch.

Raised in hotels in Davao and Cebu, where her father served as General Manager, Yela grew up immersed in the world of service. Shaped by her family’s entrepreneurial spirit, she developed a natural instinct for brand, culture, and connection.

As a Gen Z leader, she bridges tradition and innovation. Under her leadership, Pat & Pat Restaurant and What About Coffee? continue to grow as modern, meaningful brands grounded in family values, built for what’s next.
